Shipping policy
Delivery time:
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, we will immediately start processing and ship within 5-7 business days. In case of holidays or other unforeseen factors (such as natural disasters, transportation interruptions, etc.), we will coordinate a new delivery time with the customer.
Transit time:
For customers who choose the fast shipping option, the estimated transit time is 20-40 business days. The exact time will vary depending on the destination, shipping method and service provider. If there are any force majeure factors during the transportation process that cause delays, we will inform the customer in time.
Freight:
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. Express shipping services typically cost more than standard shipping, and customers can choose the shipping method that works for them at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications:
All orders will be provided with a tracking number through which customers can view the location and shipping status of their package in real-time. We send logistics update notifications to our customers to ensure that they are always aware of the status of their packages.
Insurance & Indemnity:
For orders with fast delivery, we recommend that customers purchase additional shipping insurance to ensure that the goods are better protected during transit. In the event of loss or damage to transportation, compensation will be handled in accordance with the carrier's policy.
